Boat Titles and Registrations in Pennsylvania are issued through the Pennsylavnia Fish and Boat Commission. When purchasing a boat, you should title and register the boat in the state in which you will be primarily using the boat.

Being very similar to the ownsership transfer of an automobile, when transfering a Boat, we will need the buyer and seller to be present. The Buyer and Seller will each need their current Driver's License or another form of photo identification. If the seller is not able to meet with the buyer, we may still be able to complete the transfer as long as the purchaser has a Notarized bill-of-sale from the seller.
We are able to issue Temporary stickers to the buyers so that they may use the Boat immediately.
Boats are subject to sales tax in Pennsylvania.
