Currently there are four "Special Fund Plates" that are offered in Pennsylvania. These Special Fund Plates are offered for a one time fee of $ 35.00.

1 Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.), features the D.A.R.E. logo on the right side of the plate, commonly called a "DARE" tag.
2 Perserve Our Heritage, features a picture of a train on the left side of the plate, commonly called a "Train" tag or a "Railroad" tag.
3 Wild Resources Conservation, features a picture of a River Otter on the right side of the plate, commonly called an "Otter" tag.
4 Zoological Council Fund, features a picture of a Siberian Tiger and Cub on the right side of the plate, commonly called a "Tiger" tag.
